1. Service-Based Nature

All services provided by COOL LED MAKER include LED video wall installation, LED display board supply, rentals, maintenance, and related services. Due to the customized and service-based nature of our work, refunds are limited.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • Payment made for a service that was not initiated

  • Duplicate or excess payment made by mistake

  • Service cancellation approved before project execution begins

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Completed or partially completed services

  • Custom-made LED displays or installations

  • Delays caused by third parties or force majeure events

  • Change of mind after service initiation

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, contact us with payment details and reason for the request:

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
